Need a basic will? We offer the following basic package:

Basic Will Package Price $999 per person

Includes a California Statutory Will Form,  Statutory Uniform/ Durable Power of Attorney (finances) a Statutory Advance Health Care Directive and a HIPAA Authorization form. All Will package forms are delivered on an Acid Free paper.

Need a  living trust? We can help. We offer the following package for a Living Trust:  All Living Trusts that we print will be on high quality acid free cotton paper designed to last for years to come. 

Revocable Living Trust Package Price $1,499.00 Single/$1,799 Joint 

 (Add $40.00 S&H for mail)

Includes basic Revocable Living Trust Documents, Includes a Pour-Over-Will, Durable Power of Attorney (finances) and an Advance Health Care Directive (health) and a HIPAA Authorization for your Advance Health Care Directive. This is a nice package and if you own real estate and will need to transfer it to the Trust, we include one (1) quit claim deed for property located in CA only. If you have more than one property additional deeds are $150 each. All living trusts are delivered on acid free paper and include a free customized leather look binder to keep all of your estate documents together. Additionally, enjoy an included NokBox (TM) kit when you purchase a living trust with our office.  NokBox(TM) is designed to help your next of kin by organizing your estate to make it easier for your trustee to complete their role.

If support is requested it includes form FL-157 and FL-343, All other services are performed by mail and include form FL-335.  Does not include a marital settlement agreement. Includes Court running services. Includes preparation of Court fee waiver forms FW-001 and FW-003 if applicable.

Do you need help with a Limited or General Conservatorship? Our office can assist you in preparing the Conservatorship forms package for the following prices:

TYPING ONLY SERVICES $899 forms only. Court fees not included. Processing, Filing, Service not included. We will only type the forms package for you to file yourself and serve.  Verified Supplemental Declarations not included if the court asks for more information. Additional fees of $299 will apply to prepare a verified supplemental declaration if needed for any reason. Court fees not included. Includes preparation of the following forms as may be required or needed: Local Probate Cover Sheet and applicable local private confidential investigation identification information forms as may be required. GC-020, GC-310, GC-312, GC-314, GC-320, GC-340, GC-348, GC-350, GC-335, GC-335A, If Temporary Forms GC-111, GC-020, GC-141, and GC-150 are also required add $200 additional for Temporary Forms. If Additional Petitioner's are included add $100 for each additional petitioner included. FW-001GC and FW-003GC included if qualified at no additional fees. 

FULL SERVICE CONSERVATORSHIP PACKAGE $1,899 Regular Conservatorship Package includes forms as described above but includes all copies, all services by mail by our office, court running and filing services in person to Lancaster CA courthouse or Electronically for all other areas. Includes Supplemental Verified Declarations and ongoing support with documents as needed. Add $400 for Temporary Petition Forms as described above including court processing and service by mail. Personal service on proposed Conservatee included in our office. Personal Service outside the office is not included but can be arranged for additional fees paid directly to Process Server. Add $100 for each additional Petitioner included. Court fees not included. Court Fee Waiver forms included as described above.

Additional information: We do not handle LPS Conservatorships. 

Do you need help with Guardianship? Our office can assist you in preparing the Guardianship forms package for the following prices:

Personal service on the parents of the proposed ward is only included in our office. Personal Service outside the office is not included but can be arranged for additional fees paid directly to Process Server. Add $100 for each additional Petitioner or Ward included. Court Fees are not included. Fee Waiver forms included as described above.

If you need assistance with preparing a Qualified Domestic Relations Order or QDRO we can help. We regularly assist with preparation for LACERA, CALPERS, FIDELITY, and other plans. If you need a joinder for your account we can assist with that as well.  We charge a flat fee of $500 for the first QDRO and $350 for each additional QDRO you may need. Joinders are $350.00 each. Court filing fees are not included in our price.
